Less than 2 miles north of Durango mountain Resort and 25 miles north of the town of Durango, our elegant family retreat has 1,680 square feet and is located in Cascade Village right off Highway 550. It has 3 bedrooms plus loft and 3 bathrooms. Cascade Village features an indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, tennis courts and a shuttle to the ski resort.

Completely remodeled in 2005 our convenient condominium features a full kitchen with open bar, wood burning fireplace, two private decks with amazing mountain views. The condominium is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home including a washer/dryer, satellite TV and broadband internet. The living space features a bar with wine fridge.

Tastefully done with stylish, chic decor and featuring tile floors, suede furniture, dining table seating 8 with awesome mountain views, and loft with living room overlook. Master bedroom features cathedral ceilings and king size bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all a cook will need including specialty baking items. The views of the both Engineer Mountain and the Needles Mountain range from the balcony are incredible.
