Less than 2 miles north of Durango mountain Resort, our modern 2,200 square foot townhome, built in 2005, is located in Cascade Village right off Highway 550. Cascade Village features an indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center and a shuttle to the ski resort.

The townhome was completely refurnished in 2008 with rustic high quality furnishings and is completely outfitted and ready to enjoy. The main living space features cathedral ceilings and gas fireplace with impressive views of the Needles Mountain Range.

The kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

There are 3 bedrooms (King/Queen/2 Twins) along with a loft that contains a queen size pull out bed. There are also 2 Aerobeds (air mattresses) that can be put in any room to comfortably sleep two additional guests.

Summer (Memorial Day-Labor Day)	$300/night - $1,800/week
Offseason	$195/night - $1200/week
Thanksgiving (Nov 25-29)	$275/night - 4 night minimum
Christmas/New Years	$475/night -7 night minimum
Winter	$350/night - $2,100/week
Spring Break	$400/night
Refundable Deposit $500, Cleaning Fee $100 , Lodging Tax 4.9% 3 night minimum stay required
