Our one-bedroom, one-bathroom corner townhouse boasts a contemporary interior highlighted by stunning exposed brick walls and high ceilings, creating an industrial-chic ambiance. Our unit is located perfectly to restaurants and all that downtown Denver has to offer since it is in the trendy Baker neighborhood. You'll be in walking distance to some of Denver's best night great bars and restaurants when out on the town. Downtown Denver and all of its activities are a quick 5-minute Uber ride away!

Baker is one of Denver's most active neighborhoods. Ideally, it is located with easy access to Denver's highway system (a quick drive to the mountains) and downtown Denver.

The thoughtful design includes a breakfast bar for two, providing a cozy spot for your morning coffee or a quick snack. Additionally, a dining table for two is equipped with a computer monitor, making it an ideal workspace for those who need to stay connected or work remotely.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay).
